Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (aka Ex-Comm) is the executive body of the chapter, composed of the elected officers and the appointed Pledge Trainer and Pledge Educator as well as the Past President from the previous semester.
Unlike traditional leadership bodies, the Executive Committee works to empower the membership in taking leadership roles and setting the course of the chapter themselves, rather than the committee directing the progression. The various officers work together to ensure strong communication between the various activities of the chapter, and to help ensure a quality program of leadership, friendship, and service, but are not directly responsibly for the development of each and every event, usually acting as a guide for actives and pledges who chair the events.
